These flexible bladder tanks can be used as a lining for leaking or corroded rigid tanks without disturbing the integrity 0f the boat as well as an easy addition to the boat’s tankage in spaces not previously utilized. They can be used for potable water, diesel fuel or waste storage. When used for potable water, the water does not taste bad as is the case for the better known flexible tanks and they are less expensive. They come in sizes from 15 gallons to 200 gallons and specially shaped tanks can be ordered.
Many boats have problems with tanks leaking, corroding or otherwise deteriorating, some may opt for a replacement bladder tank as above, but others may prefer to simply replace the old tank with a new stainless steel or aluminum tank. This way one can retain the designed tankage as well as install a system that can last forever. Part of the system is the tank itself. We represent a tank manufacturer that will produce a form-fitting tank to your specifications. You must provide exact measurements on a plan with the desired openings shown. It normally takes about three to four weeks to deliver your order.
